When water reaches 211 degrees, it’s super hot.  But add just one more degree and suddenly it boils.  When something boils, it produces steam. Steam can power the engine of a locomotive.  One simple degree means all the difference.

What are you doing to give it one more degree?  If you’re trying ot sell your home, what one thing can you do to get it to move in today’s market?  Take time this weekend to do just ONE of these things.

• Paint your front door.
• Plant flowers.
• Sweep the inside of your garage.
• Take down the globes of your bathroom lights and clean them.
• Get a broom and sweep out the ceiling corners of your home.
• Print flyers of your home and hang them in local laundromats.
• Talk to your neighbor and offer to help them weed whack.
• Put a flag on the flagpole.
• Clean out your hall closet so all towels and sheets are neatly stacked.
• If your outdoor furniture is looking rickety and worn, put on a fresh coat of paint and tighten some screws.
• Clean out your refrigerator and wipe down the shelves.
• Put a vase of fresh flowers on your dining room table.
• Pressure wash the siding on your house.
• Pressure wash your fence or deck.
• Paint a room.
• Vacuum the stairs.
• Change the kitty litter.

You might surprise yourself with how much value doing just one of these things can add to your home!
