    Fantastic Friday: Good MLS Photos

Who says we’re in a market slump?  Maybe it’s the back to school buyers and sellers, but it’s taking me some time to post because of a full schedule.  But I promised last week to post some great MLS photos and here they are!

We’re looking at outdoor photos today.  This first one is very nicely framed to show both the landscaping and the home.  I love that the agent or sellers had the front porch light on for the picture.

Not only did the agent feature the comfort of a front porch and swing, but …

… they went ahead and included a full picture of the outside of the house.  Also framed to find all the great features from the french doors all the way up and down.

Though very simple and not adorned with flowers and truck load of additional landscaping, this exterior shot just appeals to me. Even though the grass on the bottom right may be the parking area, it’s not obvious because nothing is parked there.  Nice clean photo.

Don’t all these pictures make you want to move to Nashville?  These are all priced between $150,000 and $160,000.  Nicely affordable!  This picture again absolutely captures the charm of the home.  If they agent went from another angle to avoid the little wire across the chimney, then the sidewalk and not overly-intrusive tree branch wouldn’t necessarily have been featured as it is now.

Seriously.  This cottage almost feels like it was where Hansel and Gretel lived before their Daddy took them to the woods so the evil witch could eat them.  Definitely a fairy-tale feel!

Finally, so what if the grass is a little high.  This picture of the big back yard is ADORABLE!

Hope your weekend is filled with laughter and maybe a bit of house-hunting!
