It’s been more than a year since I’ve been writing for Shak & Jill and it has been an absolute pleasure working with the other authors of Shakadoo and super-agent, founder Kathy Helbig as we’ve shared real estate ideas.  Today our family of online authors learned that our work here has caught the attention of PC Magazine who recommends Shak & Jill as a "Useful Real Estate Site."  They said,

A "must" for me when I’ve bought houses is to have mature trees.  These trees can be a photographer’s pitfall, though, when their shadows hide the house!
