    House Hunting Can be Challenging

I found this video and sure felt sympathy for Shellbertann.

The last time I moved, my husband and I brought the family down just to get to know the area.  I swear we drove 500 miles in one day and found houses that either smelled like mold or animals.  The only one we really liked looked exactly like the house we were moving from … and we were trying to find a place without having to climb stairs to do laundry.

The next trip my husband and I came alone and had schedule about 12 houses with a Realtor. By the 6th or 8th house, we found the one we now have and stopped the search immediately. I am now sure we disappointed the other sellers by not showing up for those tours, but we didn’t want to waste more time when we found the one we loved.

But finding that perfect house within your budget, with a fence, fireplace, etc. can be daunting.  I wonder if Shellbertann ever found hers.

Well…I'm Shellbertann…and, no, I never found a house. It's been a year and I'm still in my old house.

Your site is cute. Best to you.
