It’s a gloomy, wet Friday where I am.  News is swirling that schools are in lock-down because of heavy rain, gusting winds, and possible tornadoes.  It’s this day that I chose to wear ill-fitting jeans and beat up tennis shoes to the office.  My hair is crying for a perm – it’s so flat that Stanley could move in and feel right at home.

And today is the day – when I’m looking really bad – that I received a phone call from a former client.  Her daughter is ready to sell her house and wants to meet with me TODAY about listing it. She’ll get to see my jeans that are too short. 

But I did put together a listing book for her, including sample marketing flyers, a market analysis, and more.  Hopefully she’ll be able to overcome my Fantastic Relaxed Friday Appearance and feel confident in my abilities to market her home.
