How in the world do you finagle a map of a neighborhood when you don’t have Photoshop or other higher-end software? Another agent and I have been struggling for a day to put together a map of the houses that are going to be on the Parade of Homes but when we zoom in using googlemaps, we can’t get the whole area. When we zoom out street names disappear. We only need about two more blocks to show up!
Meanwhile, I posted a really really interesting map of the U.S. on the Music City Bloggers site. It’s a color map that shows the number of foreclosures at a national level. The red foreclosure pockets are drastic, but in spite of that, my post is fairly sunny (except it starts with me talking about whimpering in the dark this time last year). The Sacramento Real Estate Gal is feeling hopeful, too.
Is the market turning? Too early to tell? Power of positive thought!
