It hadn’t even occurred to me that this is Fantastic Friday until I was checking out new listings on my MLS and saw these amazing photos. Well done listing agent!
This first photo is very nicely balanced. It’s not a straight-on shot, so you get a glimpse of the side of the house. The framing is lovely with the trees and grass equalizing each other.
Do you see what lighting does to a room? Yes I’ve harped about making sure photos reflect the time of year and yes this is a Christmas tree, but in this case it really enhances the room. Stunning picture!
These next two photos are basically the same picture, one with and one without a flash. I think the differences are astounding! Both are gorgeous, but I like the one with the flash and with the lights in the photo.
The kitchen photo shows a bright room (light on again), clean, lots of perks (dishwasher, stove, built in microwave). You can see the reflection of the teapot on the counter! I would abolutely jump at this house if it was in my price range and in my buy area!
The back of the house picture is also done well – again angled so it’s not too rigid in appearance. You can see that it’s nicely landcaped even though it’s winter.
I admit I’m not crazy about the color of the home, but it could definitely grow on me. What have we learned here today? Lighting, gleaming clean, declutter! And a good eye for balance in your photos!
