The listing interview went very well.  Notice I said "listing interview" rather than "listing presentation"?  The sellers did a fantastic job with their own questions, so it was most definitely us interviewing each other.  For example, I was asked:

• What are the average number of days on the market for your listings?
• How much above or below the asking price do your listings sell for?
• How many listings do you have each year?
• Tell us about yourself.  (Eek! The ol’ interview question from right out of college.)
• What are your plans to get buyers to pay attention to this home after it’s been on the market for 14 or 30 days?

They asked solid questions and I believe I answered most of them well.  Until the whole "tell us about yourself" question came up.  I told them I have a husband, two daughters, two dogs, two cats, and one fish that we learned this weekend was gay.  I then said, "No wait!  It’s Dumbledore who’s gay, not Lord Voldemort!  Our fish is Lord Voldemort!"  Gah.

I did tell them that no matter who they go with of the agents they’re talking to, that they’re decision will be a good one because I have a lot of respect for the other two agents who are being interviewed.

So now I wait.
