It’s time again for some whacky photos actually found on MLS listings! At least these homes show some pictures … my pet peeve as a real estate agent are listings with no photos at all (and they wonder why the home hasn’t sold in 112 days) or just one photo of the outside (after 53 days). So what do you think readers? No photos at all or these photos?
Even if you don’t pick up the clutter, at least turn off the television before the picture is taken.
Making the bed is always a good first step when you have your home on the market!
Maybe there are some sheets in this closet that you can use for the bed!

The REAgent in Connecticut also shows us a bad photo … I don’t know what is worse, the mounted heads of deer or the rebel flag!

Wow! Those are frightful photos. Didn't their Realtor tell them to dress it up a bit for the pics?
