    The Skedaddle Day

This is one of my busy bee days.  Faxes must be sent.  Checking in with the other agent must be done. Phone calls must be made.  People to meet at the end of the day (well, everyone else’s workday).  I don’t know how I’ll find the time for everything!  Did the plumber fix the leak?  Did he cut through the drywall?  Is it being repaired correctly?  Will the carpet mold from the water?  This for a closing on Friday …. IF the buyer is happy with the results.

Amidst this craziness, though, I think I’ve discovered something that can make my skedaddling a little easier.  The Arizona Mortgage Guru linked to a site called JOTT.com.  Here, you can call a toll-free number and leave yourself a message.  It’ll be transcribed and emailed to you as a reminder of whatever you need to be reminded of.

I tihnk I’ll try it and report back later on how useful it really is.  If you use it, please comment!

Update: Okay, I’ve signed up for this and did a test run.  It works with magnificence beyond words!

I've just added it and am excited. It seems to work and I've been looking for something like this! Thanks!

    Hello Kathy,

Great site. I just love it. The whole format is so cool.

Just to let you know the link you reference from me was actually posted by my guest writer Jennifer Furrier.

Jennifer is a professional organizer here in Phoenix and she's just a wealth of knowledge when it comes to things like this. She writes regularly for my blog.

    Thanks,
    Shailesh
