    Closing Gifts

Bridging_100_2 I usually try to give my clients a gift at closing and try to personalize them according to interests and needs.  I completed a difficult closing last week for a family whose father had gone through major medical trauma.  They faced horrible financial stress as a result, making it hard to support their young daughters activities.

As a result, I bypassed the Lowe’s and Wal Mart gift cards.  Instead I bought four movie tickets for a family day out and printed a certificate in which I will sponsor one of their daughters for a year of Girl Scouting including camping fees, dues, etc.  It’s for people like that family that I love working in real estate.

What an awesome and thoughtful closing gift!
2 thumbs up! I'm sure the family really loved the gift.
